Remember Veterans this Friday and Everyday

Click-A-Brick learning toy for boys and girls

We at Click-A-Brick thank our veterans here in the United States and we encourage you to do the same no matter where you live. It's not an easy job being in the military and they deserve your thoughts and gratitude this Nov. 11 and every day of the year.

Veterans Day was originally called Armistice Day and falls on Nov. 11 because that is the day the First World War officially ended in 1918. It was renamed Veterans Day in the United States in 1954. (And the official spelling does not have an apostrophe because it's not a day that belongs to veterans, but rather a day that is for them.)

In some countries, it is known as Remembrance Day and people wear artificial poppies and in other countries, it is still known as Armistice Day.

No matter how you do it, remember the veterans in your country and thank them for their service.
