It’s spring time (even though winter is still trying to hold on in some places). That means you can get ready ... take a running start … and spring into nature as the weather warms up and the outdoors get a little more inviting.
Why should you get out and go run around in the sunshine? (Don’t forget sunscreen, by the way.) Because it’s good for the body and good for the soul! It’s even good for the many government run parks in the country because the more people use them, the more chance they’ll stay open and get the support they require.
